Everyday activities that others can do without much effort can be almost impossible for people with ADHD. Research shows that psychological treatment, as a supplement or alternative to medication, has a positive effect on mental health and quality of life. Welcome to our ADHD group!

Practical information
Treating ADHD requires specialist expertise. The group leaders have extensive experience with the assessment and treatment of ADHD in specialist health services and private practice.
The group meets over 14 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours each.
The number of participants in the group is 7-9.
Price: 1150 NOK per session. This includes a workbook that you use during and after the treatment. You must commit to attending all 14 sessions. Price consultation: 2310 NOK
Start-up: The group is currently full, and it is currently uncertain whether a new group will be started in 2024. Please register your interest in participating by filling out the registration form.
